Job Summary

You will report to the Senior Business Development Manager and drive sales growth by achieving revenue and profit targets, developing customer relationships, and executing strategic sales and marketing plans.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed sales revenue, gross profit margin, and account receivable targets to drive business growth
  • Analyze customer research, market conditions, competitor data, and pricing strategies to inform sales and marketing plans
  • Define and communicate the unique value proposition of the company’s products and services to customers and suppliers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and networks with top-tier customers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships
  • Negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers to secure long-term commitments and partnerships
  • Collaborate in forecasting and preparing the company’s yearly sales budget to support strategic planning

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a relevant field
  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience in Electronic Manufacturing Services or equivalent industry experience
  • 4 to 5 years of experience considered for senior sales positions
  • Knowledge of the EMS electronic market and competitors
  • Understanding of IPC-6012, IPC-600, and IPC-610 standards
