Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Technical Sales Manager with in-depth knowledge of waterproofing solutions and construction chemicals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective client engagement, technical demonstrations, and solution-based selling across the Delhi/NCR region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and engage potential clients within the waterproofing and construction industry
  
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and customers
  
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients
  
• Draft and manage technical proposals, quotations, and tender documentation
  
• Liaise with internal technical and product development teams for custom client needs
  
• Track market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
  
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and report regularly on pipeline and performance
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field
  
• 6–9 years of relevant experience in specialty chemicals, construction chemicals, or building materials
  
• Strong technical understanding of waterproofing systems, products, and applications
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English
  
• Proven track record in B2B technical sales and customer relationship management
