About the Role

Solevo Nigeria Limited, a distributor of specialty chemicals and raw materials, is seeking a commercially driven Technical Sales Representative to grow its Food & Feed business, provide technical solutions, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the Food & Feed customer portfolio.
• Achieve sales, revenue, and profit margin targets.
• Manage existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide technical recommendations and application support.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trials.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and market intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and EHSQ standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Animal Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agriculture, Nutrition, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or application support within the Food & Feed industry.
• Strong knowledge of food and feed ingredients and their applications.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Additional Advantages

• Experience with specialty ingredients, additives, enzymes, preservatives, nutritional products, or feed additives.
• Sales or Marketing professional qualification.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and food and feed regulatory standards.
