Technical Sales Specialist Company: micro instruments & control systems Job Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a technically sound and target-driven Technical Sales Specialist with strong expertise in B2B sales, enterprise sales, client management, and deal closure. The candidate should have knowledge of electrical panels, VFDs, industrial automation, and instrumentation, along with experience in preparing techno-commercial quotations and managing the complete sales cycle. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities and manage B2B and enterprise clients, including industries, OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and system integrators. Generate leads, build customer relationships, conduct client meetings, and close high-value deals. Understand technical requirements related to VFDs, HT/LT panels, MCC/PCC panels, PLC panels, industrial automation, and instrumentation. Prepare technical and commercial quotations, BOQs, cost estimates, and techno-commercial proposals. Interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, tender documents, and technical specifications. Coordinate with engineering, estimation, procurement. teams to provide suitable solutions. Handle price negotiations, RFQs, tenders, order follow-ups, and commercial discussions. Achieve sales targets, develop key accounts, and generate repeat business. Required Skills Strong knowledge of electrical engineering and industrial electrical products. Proven experience in B2B sales, enterprise sales, and client deal management. Expertise in quotation preparation, negotiation, and order closure. Knowledge of VFDs, HT/LT panels, PLCs, switchgear, and industrial automation. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industrial site visits. .
