Technical SEO Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly technical, hands-on SEO professional with 4 to 5 years of experience to own technical SEO execution end-to-end across two websites. This role is individual contributor, execution-focused, and requires strong expertise in Google Search, technical audits, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and modern SEO strategies designed for AI-assisted and generative search results.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English (written and spoken), comfortable working with U.S.-based stakeholders, and able to translate findings into clear, implementable requirements for developers. You should be able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver consistent improvements in technical site health and organic performance.

Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO (Both Websites)

● Own technical SEO execution across bergenlogistics.com and cloudxsystems.net
● Run ongoing technical audits covering crawlability, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, redirects, canonicalization, robots.txt, and XML sitemaps
● Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, and overall technical site health
● Implement and validate structured data (schema markup) and search-enhancing features
● Apply modern SEO best practices for AI-assisted search, including:
○ topical authority structuring
○ intent-aligned content architecture
○ entity-based optimization
○ FAQ and schema approaches that support visibility in generative results
● Partner with marketing and web development to prioritize fixes, define implementation requirements, and prevent regressions
● Maintain SEO hygiene through regular monitoring in Google Search Console and SEMrush (or equivalent)
● Track impact and report progress on technical health and key organic KPIs

Requirements

● 4 to 5 years of SEO experience, with a strong focus on technical SEO execution
● Strong expertise in:
● Deep knowledge of Google Search fundamentals (crawling, indexing, ranking, SERP features)
● Strong proficiency in Google Search Console and tools such as SEMrush/Ahrefs/Screaming Frog (or equivalent)
● Practical experience improving Core Web Vitals and diagnosing performance issues
● Hands-on experience implementing and validating schema/structured data
● Ability to work cross-functionally with developers and produce clear technical requirements

● Fluent English (written and spoken)

● Ability to work on-site in Chișinău, Moldova, full-time.
