Technical Service Engineer (Automotive)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage warranty and product claims from customers, distributors, and service partners, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Conduct technical investigations and root cause analysis in collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Maintain accurate claims documentation, analyze claim trends, and prepare reports for management review and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs to distributors, workshops, customers, and internal stakeholders to enhance product knowledge and application.
• Create and update technical manuals, training materials, product guides, and presentations to support aftermarket activities.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to gather market insights, support product testing and validation, and contribute to new product launches and improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket, technical support, product management, or a related function.
• With in technical understanding of automotive systems, components, and spare parts, with the ability to troubleshoot product-related issues.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience conducting technical training sessions.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, good problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with ERP or CRM systems.
• Customer-focused and collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and travel occasionally within Southeast Asia.
