Technical Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize concrete mix designs for various applications inready-mix, precast, high-strength, etc.
• Conduct laboratory trials and testing (slump, compressive strength, settingtime, durability, etc.
• Evaluate and approve raw materials such as cement, aggregates, and admixtures
• Perform plant trials and ensure smooth transition from lab to production
• Troubleshoot concrete-related issues at plant and construction sites
• Provide technical support to production and project teams
• Analyze test data and prepare technical reports
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Research and develop new products and sustainable concrete solutions

PreferredSkills

• Experience in R&D or product development
• Knowledge in green concrete / SCM materials (fly ash, slag)
• Experience with batching plant operations
• Experience in other building material example Flooring, epoxy mortar,injection, waterproofing etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in construction, building materials, or engineering industry
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil/Chemical preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Possess Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle
• Willing to travel within the region
