Technical Service Technician

About the role

ERREKA Connected Access, a leading company in the sector at a national level and a global benchmark, is looking for a Service Technician for our Northern Delegation. Under the responsibility of the Zone Coordinator, they will be in charge of carrying out assemblies, assistance, and maintenance tasks, achieving the area's objectives, and always fulfilling the Cooperative's Mission and Values.

Within their areas of responsibility, the duties to be performed in the position will be the following:

• Assembling the products that Erreka has in its service catalog.
• Carrying out repairs and maintenance services for installations within the delegation's coverage area.
• Completing assembly, maintenance, and repair reports.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by assembling, maintaining, and repairing installations according to planning.
• Providing telephone assistance to installers and customers.
• Maintaining the stock of the van, both for materials and the tools required to perform the work.
• Ensuring compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations, looking after the safety of oneself and the people around.
• Knowing and applying the environmental regulations applied to the product, process, and/or position.
• Projecting a customer service image through competent service procedures and communication with customers.

• Know and apply the environmental regulations respective to the product, process, and/or applied to the position.
• Project a customer service image through competent service procedures and communication with customers.

What we're looking for

• ACADEMIC TRAINING: Higher Cycle or Vocational Training II. Knowledge in electronics/electricity/metal carpentry will be valued.
• EXPERIENCE: Experience in the doors/shutters/rapid doors sector will be valued.
• LANGUAGES: Basque, Spanish.
