Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Technical Officers handling security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, system programming, servicing and maintenance.
- Oversee the complete service and maintenance workflow to ensure smooth progress and timely completion of client commitments.
- Serve as the main contact for clients on service and maintenance matters, including handling feedback and complaints.
- Prepare service scopes and plans, including manpower allocation, skill requirements, schedules, milestones and performance metrics.
- Manage daily client interactions, understand their operational requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Monitor team performance, set targets, implement guidelines and support employees in resolving operational issues.
- Maintain and improve documentation for infrastructure components, systems and operational processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, internal methodologies, training and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in technical service, maintenance or operations.
- Strong leadership, organisational, communication and coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple technical projects and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Experience in the security systems or CCTV industry will be an advantage.
