Technical Services Support (Central)

Salary: $2,200 – $2,800 per month

Role Summary

The Technical Services Support provides administrative and technical support to the Technical Services team, ensuring smooth management of service notifications, replacement cases, and customer enquiries. The role supports after-sales service operations through effective coordination, documentation, data management, and occasional participation in site visits, contributing to a high standard of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Technical Services team with administrative and technical coordination tasks.

2. Manage and process Service Notifications (SN) and replacement cases for the Singapore market.

3. Respond to simple technical enquiries received via C4C (Customer Relationship Management System).

4. Coordinate DHL replacement shipments and maintain status updates in Excel tracking files.

5. Assist with documentation, data entry, filing, and other technical-related paperwork.

6. Accompany the Technical Services team on site visits when required.

7. Support ad hoc projects and operational tasks as assigned.

Essential Skills & Competencies

1. Technical or Mechanical Engineering background preferred.

2. Possess ITC (Institute of Technical Certification), Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.

3. Basic understanding of mechanical products, troubleshooting, or technical documentation.

4. Comfortable working with CRM and service management systems to manage customer cases, track service requests, maintain accurate records, and generate reports.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

6. Good communication and organizational skills.

7. Willing to perform both office-based support and occasional site visits.
