Technical Situation Manager /Senior Data Center Network Engineer

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Situation Manager with strong expertise in enterprise data center and network infrastructure. The role will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining mission-critical network environments while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and troubleshoot enterprise data center network infrastructure.
Support Cisco Nexus platforms, including N7K, N9K, N5K, and N2K/FEX.
Configure and maintain F5 BIG-IP load balancers, including Virtual Servers, Pools, iRules, and SSL certificates.
Troubleshoot network issues using tools such as tcpdump and Wireshark.
Support data center technologies including vPC, VXLAN, FabricPath, and LACP.
Troubleshoot Layer 2/3 protocols, including STP, ARP, DHCP, HSRP, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, and IS-IS.
Support Cisco ACI, SD-Access, cloud networking, and other virtualized network environments.
Implement network security measures such as 802.1X, DDoS mitigation, and DHCP security.
Provide support for Juniper EX and QFX switching platforms.
Participate in incident resolution and coordinate with cross-functional teams during critical technical issues.
Maintain accurate network documentation and operational procedures.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in enterprise network or data center engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus and F5 BIG-IP.
Knowledge of data center networking, routing and switching, network security, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Cisco ACI, SD-Access, cloud networking, and network automation.
Experience with Juniper EX/QFX is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Relevant certifications such as CCNP Data Center and F5-CTS are preferred.
