Technical Software Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, test, and deploy software products using Agile methodology and AI tools.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards for maintainability and scalability.
  
• Develop technical roadmaps and architectural designs for new features or products.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing dependencies, resources, and stakeholders effectively.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in software development with expertise in Microservices architecture.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology, SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), and Solid principles.
  
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency in Coding Standards, Design Patterns, Code Quality assessment tools like SonarQube etc.
