Technical Solution Architect – Charging Transformation
• 10+ years of telecom solution architecture experience, preferably in BSS/Charging/Core transformations • Strong understanding of OCS/CHF, PCRF/PCF, real-time charging, and policy control architectures • Solid knowledge of BSS/OSS ecosystems, including CRM, provisioning, mediation, DPI, billing, and core network integrations • Proven experience in designing end-to-end solution architecture across multi-vendor environments • Experience defining and validating migration strategies (phased and big-bang) for live telecom systems • Strong expertise in system integration and API architecture, including microservices and northbound/southbound interfaces • Experience in data flows, CDR/event handling, and mediation/BI integrations • Familiarity with 5G architecture, Telcom standards and interface and protocols
The role requires a strong technical leader with the ability to challenge vendor designs and ensure alignment with Yaqoot architecture and business requirements. Key expectations: • Define and validate end-to-end solution architecture and integration design • Challenge vendor (Huawei) architecture and technical decisions to ensure compliance with requirements • Ensure adherence to API, data, security, and integration standards • Lead architecture governance, technical reviews, and design approvals • Support migration planning and coexistence strategy between existing and new systems • Identify technical risks early and ensure proper mitigation actions • Provide clear technical direction and alignment across internal teams and vendors
