Technical Solution Consultant
Summary
A customer-facing pre-sales/solutions role in Singapore acting as the technical bridge between sales, product, engineering, and clients. Day to day: run discovery workshops, lead demos and POCs, design integrations (REST APIs, cloud, third-party systems), and support onboarding and adoption of the company's built-world inspection products.
- Execute discovery workshops with potential customers to understand business pain points, workflows, system architectures, integrations, and requirements.
- Lead and deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Translate customer requirements into a clear solution design, including data flows, integrations (APIs, third-party systems), customisations, and configurations.
- Work with product / engineering teams to ensure feasibility and align expectations.
- Assist customers with onboarding, data migration, configuration, testing, training, and ensuring adoption.
- Act as point of contact for technical issues, escalations, and technical feedback from customers.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Provide market and customer feedback into the product roadmap.
- Own the technical aspect of the client relationship over the client’s lifecycle
- BA/BS (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field).
- Ideally, 2 years or more in a technical customer-facing role (pre-sales / solution consulting / systems integration) in a SaaS, cloud-software, or built world environment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, web / cloud infrastructure (e.g. REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Experience in integration projects (APIs, third-party services) and ability to handle customisation/configuration.
- Solid business acumen: able to map technical features to business benefits, understand ROI, TCO etc.
- Execellent presentation, demonstration, and communication skills (able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders).
- Ability to multitask: manage multiple opportunities / customers in parallel.
- Familiarity with agile project methodologies.
- Prior experience working with sales engineering or solution consulting teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
