Technical Sub-Director - Infrastructure Large & Mega Projects Southeast Europe

Full technical and operational responsibility for the acquisition, planning, and execution of large-scale and mega infrastructure projects across Southeast Europe Leadership and coordination of complex, interdisciplinary, and international project teams across multiple countries Oversight of all project phases: tendering, design, execution, and project completion, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality targets Active market development including identification of new business opportunities, clients, and strategic partnerships Responsibility for resource planning, allocation, and optimization across projects and organizational units Steering and controlling of project performance, including risk management, contract management, and claims management Implementation and further development of modern project management methods (classic, agile, hybrid) and digital tools Driving innovation, digitalization, and sustainable construction practices in large infrastructure projects Representation of the company towards clients, partners, authorities, and other stakeholders at senior level Development and mentoring of high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
