You will lead the configuration, deployment, and technical onboarding of standardized products for new customers. You will guide customers through API integrations, develop product expertise and enablement materials, advocate for customer needs, and partner with project, product, sales, and account-management stakeholders to deliver client goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and deployment of standardized products and services for new customers
- Guide customers through their technical integration journey, especially API integrations
- Develop expertise in Marqeta products and services
- Create customer presentations, internal runbooks, and training content
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams
- Partner with project management, product, sales, and account management to execute client goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage projects independently and solve problems proactively
- Expert proficiency in REST APIs, SFTP, SQL, and Datadog
- Ability to work across teams and build client and stakeholder relationships
- Ability to understand customer needs and design practical solutions
- Ability to connect daily work to business goals and team priorities
