Technical Success Senior Analyst
Summary
You lead fintech API integrations and onboarding for new customers, creating training and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will lead technical onboarding and implementation of standardized products and services for new customers. You will guide customers through API integrations, build product expertise, create presentations, runbooks, and training content, advocate for customer needs, and collaborate with project management, product, sales, and account management teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and deployment of standardized products and services for new customers
- Guide customers through their API integration journeys
- Develop expertise in specific products and services
- Create customer presentations, internal runbooks, and training content
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams
- Partner with project managers, product managers, sales, and account management
- Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage projects independently and solve problems proactively
- Expert proficiency in REST APIs and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Datadog or equivalent observability tooling
- Ability to work across teams and build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Customer-first approach to understanding needs and designing practical solutions
- Strong understanding of fintech and card payments, especially issuing
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to read technical documentation or basic code such as JSON, SQL, or scripting
- Background in training, enablement, or documentation
- Knowledge of customer onboarding or implementation processes in SaaS or fintech
