Technical Superintendent (BUNKERING) for LNG

Education

• Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture.
• Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5-10 years sailing experience on LNG carriers.
• Previous service as: Chief Engineer on LNG vessels LNG Technical Superintendent

Responsibilities:

Technical Management of LNG Vessels

· Manage and oversee the day-to-day technical operations of assigned LNGvessels

· Monitor vessel machinery performance, reliability, and operationalefficiency

· Ensure safe operation of the vessels’ hull and machinery including (butnot limited to):

Ø Main propulsionsystems

Ø Dual-fuel engines

Ø LNG cargo handling systems

Ø Reliquefaction plants / sub-coolers

Ø Boil-off gas (BOG) systems

Ø Cargo containment systems

Ø Electrical and automation systems

· Provide technicalguidance and support to vessel masters and chief engineers

· Monitor vessel technical KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary
