Technical Supervisor

Supervise day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment and utilities.
Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out as per schedule.
Monitor the performance of equipment used in Granulation, Compression, Coating, Liquid, and Packing areas.
Ensure proper maintenance of HVAC, AHUs, compressed air, water systems, and other utilities, as applicable.
Maintain equipment breakdown records, preventive maintenance records, and maintenance logs.
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety standards, SOPs, and EHS requirements.
Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and other departments to minimize equipment downtime.
Supervise technicians and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
Support equipment qualification, calibration coordination, and validation activities as required.
Ensure proper use of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
