Salary: ₱90.000 – ₱100.000 per month
About the role
Arbeit Group is looking for experienced Technical Supervisors to lead enterprise network infrastructure projects and provide technical leadership across implementation, deployment, and operational support activities.
Key responsibilities
Lead network design reviews, implementation activities, configuration, testing, and commissioning
Oversee wired, wireless, voice, security, and data center infrastructure deployments
Review technical deliverables, implementation procedures, test scripts, and change activities
Manage escalation handling, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordination with technology vendors
Support enterprise technologies such as Cisco ACI, Cisco DNA Center, ThousandEyes, and AppDynamics
Ensure project quality, technical compliance, and successful customer acceptance
Lead knowledge transfer sessions and technical documentation activities
Coordinate and guide engineering teams during project execution
About you
Valid Cisco CCNP Certification (mandatory)
Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Cisco networking solutions
Strong experience in one or more of the following: Enterprise Networking, Wireless Networks, Data Center Infrastructure, Voice Solutions, Network Security
Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience working on large-scale enterprise infrastructure projects
