Technical Support 1st Level (all genders)

  • You are the first point of contact (1st level support) for our customers and ensure that our support hotline is available by telephone. You will answer basic customer enquiries about:
    • Configuration and operation of our monitoring portal for energy generation systems,
    • Commissioning and parameterisation of our data loggers/park controllers,
    • Other issues relating to products sold by meteocontrol,
  • You will support our customers both by telephone and in writing via email using our customer service system,
  • You record customer processes that cannot be solved directly via our customer service system and forward them to our 2nd level support,
  • You carry out error analyses and work out solutions in cooperation with the development department,
  • You will be responsible for providing technical advice to interested parties and technical support to the sales department for the preparation of quotations,
  • In the event of delays or problems, you will ensure that our customers are informed in good time.
  • You have a completed technical degree in the field of energy or communication electronics or comparable experience,
  • Experience in the field of renewable energies is advantageous,
  • Very good knowledge of German and English is a must, as you would be providing customer support in German, English and Romanian,
  • Knowledge of network technology / ModBus advantageous,
  • You can demonstrate good IT skills.
