Technical Support
Salary: RM 3,300 – RM 4,000 per month
Qualifications and Skills Required
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
At least 1 year of technical support experience in POS industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese to effectively communicate with clients
Strong desire to deliver results, self-motivated and goal oriented
Willing to learn, constructive, ability to problem solve and make things happen
Independently with minimal supervision and also be a good team player with strong interpersonal skills where frequent collaboration across functional teams or companies is necessary
Basic knowledge related to IT hardware and POS software
Possess own transport for onsite job & able to outstation (allowance will be provided)

What you'll be doing:
Provide first-line support to F&B & Retail clients via phone, and chat, including troubleshooting POS system issues
Deliver support through online training, on-site implementation, and on-site hardware assistance
Assist with system installation, setup, and configuration based on client requirements
Conduct user training on system usage and basic maintenance
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and performance monitoring
Maintain support records, documentation, and generate reports on issues and performance
Collaborate with team members, ensure data security compliance, and continuously improve technical knowledge
Working hours & location:
Office Arrangement (Technical Support) *5.5 working days
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Saturday - WFH)
