**Responsibilities:**
As a Technical Support Agent, you'll immerse yourself in a role that includes but isn't limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service via chat, email, and our ticketing system
- Conducting detailed investigations for client incidents
- Maintaining and updating comprehensive documentation
- Managing and resolving customer issues while ensuring continuous monitoring and reporting
- Collaborating across departments and with external partners, including PMs, QA, dev teams, and Account Managers
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance our operations
**Requirements:**
We're looking for someone who brings:
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, especially in live chat environments
- Proficiency in ticketing systems and familiarity with Jira or other Project Management and service desk tools
- Strong multitasking abilities and effective problem-solving skills
- Experience working with remote teams and excellent communication skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and a positive attitude
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Previous exposure to the online gaming/gambling industry would be advantageous
- Experience with video streaming, API integrations, and CMS systems would be a distinct plus
