Requirements / Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
*One (1) year of technical support experience or completion of relevant coursework in IT fundamentals.
*Experience in educational or service-oriented environments preferred.

Comments and Other Information
The Technical Support Analyst I provides entry-level technical support to school site staff, primarily through remote methods such as; help desk ticketing systems, phone, and screen-sharing tools. The Analyst I is responsible for resolving routine technical issues related to user accounts, software access, devices, and connectivity, while providing friendly and effective customer service.
