About the role
Join our Customer Support Team and be part of a major project in Adelaide. You'll work closely with the training team to help workers and contractors get started successfully, supporting the smooth delivery of project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
• Help manage worker compliance requirements.
• Keep records and information up to date.
• Take meeting notes and share key actions.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Prepare and check project documents.
• Work with the training and support teams.
• Attend meetings and provide updates.
• Create and update training materials.
• Help track project tasks and deadlines.
• Support training activities and assist with troubleshooting.
Skills & experience
• Customer service or administration experience.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office.
• Able to improve processes and solve problems.
• Flexible and able to adapt to change.
