About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Support & Customer Service Consultant to join our client’s team. This is an onsite and customer-focused role providing technical support, troubleshooting, system assistance, and client service across construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical and customer support for access control systems
• Troubleshoot basic technical, mechanical, and system issues
• Assist with onsite testing, commissioning, handovers, and client training
• Support clients, contractors, electricians, and site teams with technical queries
• Coordinate with internal teams and installers to resolve issues
• Use systems such as HammerTech, Monday.com, and HubSpot for communication and support
• Complete basic hands-on technical tasks and adjustments where required
• Keep customers updated on issues, progress, and resolutions

You will ideally have:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A genuine interest in technology and learning new systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A practical, hands-on approach
• Confidence working with clients and construction site teams
• Experience in technical support, field service, electrical, mechanical, security, or construction technology is desirable
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
• A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to construction sites
