Our Technical Support team is there for them whenever they need help – by phone or email, online and on social media. No matter how complex the challenge, we rise to it. We answer questions about the installation, operation, configuration, customization and use of Dell Technologies products. For critical matters, we use our systems to provide remote diagnostic technical support. If there’s an issue with a customer’s product, we’ll analyze it, identify the cause, recommend a solution and document the problem.

As an Engineer, you will create concise troubleshooting content, assist diagnostics, and document outcomes clearly.

You will:

• Create datasheets, FAQs, and basic guides under direction.
• Support benchmark collection and format results.
• Assist webinar/demo preparation and logistics.
• Help taxonomy, tagging, and repository hygiene.

Essential Requirements:

• 6+ years of related experience (Server or Storage Technical Support)
• Attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Customer-focused mindset and clear communication.
• Ability to follow SOPs and seek guidance.
• Basic proficiency with document tools.

Desirable Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Dell product experience preferred
• Strong hardware or Software troubleshooting skills preferred
• Excellent customer communication and interpersonal skills preferred
