Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite IT support to luxury retail boutiques, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

• Deliver prompt, discreet, and professional technical assistance in customer-facing retail environments

• Support POS systems, workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals

• Perform installation, configuration, and replacement of IT equipment in line with brand and security standards

• Coordinate with remote IT teams, vendors, and service providers to resolve incidents and service requests

• Ensure minimal disruption to retail operations and client experience

• Maintain clear documentation of incidents, resolutions, and asset records

• Always follow IT security policies and compliance requirements

• Represent the company with a luxury-service mindset, professionalism, and discretion

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT or related discipline

• IT support experience is preferred

• Familiar with Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking

• Experience with POS systems is an advantage

• Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks

• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English

• Willing to travel between store locations

• Flexible to work during weekends or outside normal office hours when required

• Macau ID holder is an advantage

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
