Technical Support Engineer
Salary: $22,000 – $25,000 per month
HongKe is a high-tech solution provider serving automotive OEMs, system integrators, smart manufacturing, and equipment manufacturers.
We are looking for technically-strong engineers to join our customer-facing team, bridging product development and real-world applications.
What You’ll Do:
Through training, develop a deep understanding of product architecture and system integration logic. Take ownership of independent diagnosis and troubleshooting of complex technical issues, including but not limited to system debugging, performance optimization, hardware/software debugging, and fault elimination.
Collaborate with team members to understand customer project scenarios. Accurately identify and efficiently resolve customer technical issues. Proactively guide customer needs, participate in technical solution design and secondary development, and deliver actionable implementation plans.
Support R&D teams in technical communication and issue follow-up. Participate in the reproduction and validation of technical issues, while learning and building expertise in solution development.
Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs. Expand your technical horizons, contribute to the team knowledge base, and embrace a culture of knowledge sharing as you grow.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering — Automation, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Biomedical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Strong learning ability and technical aptitude — eager to acquire new knowledge and skilled at independent thinking.
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills — ability to think independently and solve problems effectively.
Proficient in spoken and written English, with good communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit. Willing to undertake short-term business travel.
Genuine interest in cutting-edge technologies such as Autonomous Driving, IIoT, Cloud Computing, AR, Cybersecurity, and Machine Vision. Aspires to become a well-rounded professional with expertise in products, users, and technology.
