About the Role

Indicina is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to merchants, troubleshoot software issues, and improve customer experience. The role involves collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support, providing prompt and friendly solutions.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software issues, escalating complex cases when necessary and keeping customers informed.
• Identify recurring technical problems and recommend improvements to prevent future issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback, escalate bugs, and advocate for merchant needs.
• Document solutions clearly to build an internal knowledge base and help clients resolve issues independently.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of technical support experience, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, Payments, or Banking.
• Familiarity with modern technology tools and platforms, including:
• Languages/Frameworks: Node.js, JavaScript, Python, and GoLang.
• Databases: MySQL and Oracle.
• APIs: REST and GraphQL.
• Other Tools: Jira, Git, Slack, and Zendesk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly.
