Technical Support Engineer - Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and basic network-related issues at client locations

• Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and replacement of IT equipment

• Execute IT equipment deployment, office relocation, workstation setup, and hardware upgrade projects

• Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during on-site service visits

• Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation of support activities

• Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required

• Ensure all support services are delivered in accordance with company and client standards

• Provide standby support during non-office hours, weekends, and public holidays when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines

• Min. 3 years of experience in IT support, deskside support, or field service engineering

• Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and PC hardware troubleshooting

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent customers service and communication skills

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently

• Willing to travel frequently to client sites across Hong Kong

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Fresh graduates with relevant IT knowledge and strong learning ability will also be considered
