Technical Support Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations. Freshers with basic technical knowledge and good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers or internal users through calls, emails, and chat.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and basic network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues within defined timelines.
Maintain records of issues, resolutions, and support requests.
Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate team.
Assist with Windows operating systems, printers, LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic IT troubleshooting.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
Understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts.
Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addresses, DNS, and troubleshooting is an advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a team.
