You will support sales and customers throughout pre-sales, delivery, and after-sales activities. You will train customers on hardware, software, and secondary development; resolve technical issues; arrange repairs; maintain product knowledge resources; collect customer feedback; manage spare equipment; and develop technical solutions for robotics inspection and monitoring projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales technical support
  • Train customers on hardware operation, software use, and secondary development
  • Complete equipment delivery
  • Answer technical questions, diagnose faults, and arrange repairs
  • Create product documentation, videos, and knowledge-base materials
  • Collect product issues and customer requirements for R&D and product teams
  • Manage prototype and after-sales spare-equipment inventory
  • Develop standardized after-sales service processes
  • Research requirements and develop solutions for robotics inspection and monitoring projects
  • Conduct site surveys, technical discussions, solution presentations, and robot demonstrations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a science or engineering discipline
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Background in automation, mechatronics, or a related field
  • Programming foundation in C or a scripting language
  • Linux knowledge is preferred
  • Strong communication, learning, and hands-on skills
  • For overseas technical support, ability to use English as a working language
  • Ability to support local sales with agents and work on overseas tenders
  • International trade-show experience
  • Ability to travel for short periods
