Technical Support Engineer

Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 4,500 per month

About the role

Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support to customers, distributors, and system integrators. Install, configure, commission, and troubleshoot ZKTeco hardware and software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical training for customers and business partners

• Assist the sales team in designing system solutions and preparing technical proposals

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system integration issues

• Provide remote technical support via phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote desktop tools

• Perform on-site technical support and commissioning when required

• Work closely with the China headquarters and product teams to resolve technical issues

• Test new products and provide feedback on product performance

• Prepare technical reports, installation documentation, and user guides

• Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
