Profile: Technical
Support
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle SIM activation/renewals and
troubleshoot IoT devices
· Manage customer queries via inbound calls and provide remote technical support
· Maintain records of customer complaints and resolutions
· Collaborate with hardware/software teams to resolve issues
· Conduct device testing and ensure proper documentation
· Provide timely solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction
· Assist in inventory management of VTS (Vehicle Tracking System) devices
Required Skill Set:
· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
· Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals
· Familiarity with communication protocols (I2C, UART, RS485)
· Hands-on experience/ knowledge on microcontrollers (AVR, ESP32, STM32) is
a plus
· Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to
problem-solving
· Knowledge in hardware device troubleshooting and diagnostics
· Keen
to learn on device-level testing and hardware repair support
· Keen
to learn on inventory management and tracking of technical hardware, especially
VTS
