Technical Support Executive

Salary: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 per month

About the role

We're looking for a Technical Support Executive (TSE) to join our team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations for our transport operator partners.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Chalo devices

• Troubleshoot hardware and field issues and ensure quick resolution

• Monitor dashboards and respond to operational alerts

• Train conductors and crew on Chalo's tools and technology

• Conduct preventive maintenance and reduce operational downtime

• Visit and coordinate with operator partners

• Maintain accurate installation, repair and field reports

• Technically comfortable with basic hardware/electronics and troubleshooting

• A strong executor who gets things done

• A clear communicator and practical trainer
