About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technical Support professional to join the team at GUARD ALL ELECTRONIC SECURITY SYSTEMS, INC.' in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Technical Support specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of our electronic security systems, providing prompt and effective assistance to our customers.
What you'll be doing
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to our electronic security systems in a timely and efficient manner
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, providing technical support and guidance to customers to help them resolve issues
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team or department for further investigation and resolution
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the electronic security industry
What we're looking for
With knowledge in Electronic Security System Installation, Programming, Troubleshooting and maintenance including Alarm System, Gate System and Door Access System
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Preferably Information Technology, Engineering or any related course graduate
