Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software applications, system installations, and troubleshooting processes.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to complete a minimum of 480 internship hours.
- Available to work onsite at Cebu Business Park, Cebu City.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues.
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients and end users.
- Support product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and setup of software systems.
- Help educate and guide users on the proper use of systems and applications.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and user feedback.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Technical Support Team.
