What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing expert Level 2 technical support to clients
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Server, Exchange, and Intune
- Working closely with clients to deliver outstanding IT support and solutions
- Gaining hands-on experience with Azure, cloud services, and cybersecurity
- Contributing to exciting projects and developing your technical expertise
Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
- Experience supporting Microsoft environments within an MSP
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration, Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, Exchange, Intune.
- Excellent communication skills – clear English and a client-focused approach
- Based in Dublin (or nearby) and fully eligible to work in Ireland (EU passport or valid work permit)
