JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct technical training for Shimano stakeholders, including dealers, distributorsand OEM factories. Training topics include component installation, bicycle assembly, fine-tuning, troubleshooting, and updates on new technologies and products.
- Support the preparation of training materials
- Follow up and process warranty from dealers, distributors and OEM factory
- Provide warranty report to stakeholders
- Provide neutral service at events, including bicycle fine tuning, changing of parts (tires/wheels) when required
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in related fields
- Good knowledge in bicycle components,parts and technicalities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e.Excel, Words, PPT)
- Willing to travel overseas and work onweekends for events occasionally
- Comfortable to communicate and engage all levels and big groups
OTHERS:
- Working Location: Bulim Walk (nearest MRT: Boon Lay)
- Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Uniform & Lunch provided
- Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
