In this role, you'll:
Join a high performing team to deliver application support services, Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, coordinate vendor and stakeholder engagement, contribute to application enhancements and testing activities, and drive continuous service improvement.
Your technical acumen, customer focus, and problem-solving capability, gained across application support, IT operations, service management, or enterprise technology environments, will see you excel in diagnosing root causes, navigating competing priorities, and delivering effective solutions
This is a temporary opportunity until 31/12/2027 based in Burwood. Hyrbid working arrangements are available in line with the TfNSW Workplace presence policy.

About you
You're a pragmatic and highly collaborative support professional, skilled at troubleshooting applications, influencing vendors, and translating technical issues into business outcomes. You have worked in incident management, application administration, user access governance, testing, monitoring, and operational support.
You thrive in a lean, high-performing team where initiative, accountability, and strong stakeholder engagement are essential to keeping systems running at their best.
