Technical Support (Presale Executive)

Salary: RM 2,800 – RM 3,800 per month

We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales and technical execution. You will assist the Pre-Sales & System Integration Manager in securing the "technical close" for complex solutions, ensuring that our proposed technical solutions perfectly address our clients' needs.

If you have a background in Electronic & Electrical (E&E) engineering or IT, and enjoy a dynamic mix of client interaction, technical design, and hands-on testing, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Marketing Support: Conduct site surveys, attend client meetings, and scope technical solutions. Prepare system design costing, and perform solution/product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs).

• Product Exploration & Testing: Conduct in-house and on-site testing/commissioning for new hardware and software. Create user manuals and configuration guides for customers and internal staff.

• Project Implementation: Coordinate with the project team to align system designs with customer requirements. Prepare documentation and drawings for Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and project handover.

Requirements (Must-Have):

• Education: Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Electronic/Electrical), Computer Science/IT, or equivalent.

• Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in a related field. (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!)

• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of networks and switches (VLAN, Wireless, LAN), security systems, and VPNs. Knowledge of IT servers and Operating Systems.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

• Tools: Sound knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Added Advantages (Bonus Points!):

• Experience with Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Alarm systems).

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Visio drawing.

• Knowledge of programming, databases, Video Analytics, AI, and IoT.
