  • Build trusted customer relationships through responsive, knowledgeable and high-quality technical support.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, customer-focused approach. You enjoy getting out to site, understanding how equipment is performing and working collaboratively to find the right solution.

You may bring:

  • Experience providing field-based technical support, troubleshooting, commissioning or equipment maintenance.
  • An understanding of mining, minerals processing or other heavy industrial operating environments.

  • Experience working collaboratively with customers, sales, service, engineering and technical teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to a range of audiences.
  • An interest in identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance, reliability and lifecycle value.
  • Experience delivering technical training or coaching would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

You don’t need to tick every box. If you have relevant technical experience, transferable skills and a genuine interest in helping customers improve the performance and reliability of their equipment, we encourage you to apply.

What’s in it for you?

This is an opportunity to combine your technical expertise with real customer impact. You’ll work across a diverse range of equipment and customer sites, tackling technical challenges and contributing to solutions that improve reliability, productivity and equipment lifecycle performance.

You’ll also have the opportunity to expand your expertise through collaboration with Metso specialists locally and globally, while developing your capabilities across technical services, aftermarket and lifecycle solutions.
