What will you do?

As a Technical Support Representative for a tech account, you'll assist customers with technology-related concerns and provide support based on their needs.

• Respond to customer inquiries about technical concerns.

• Help identify and address basic technical issues.

• Provide clear instructions to help customers understand possible solutions.

• Document customer concerns and support provided.

• Escalate issues that require additional assistance, when necessary.
