Technical Support Staff

Salary: ₱17,000 – ₱19,000 per month

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or its equivalent

• Preferably 1 year experience in information systems technical support or related work.

Principal functions

• Server and Infrastructure Maintenance

1. Assists in maintaining, monitoring and troubleshooting client computer connection with server resources

2. Assists in installation, cabling, checking or related infrastructure

• Client maintenance and security

1. Installs, updates, troubleshoot,maintain all related client computer system hardware application based from management approved and allowed systems application

2. Performs other computer related tasks as instructed by Tech Support and System Admin Supervisor
