Technical Support Staff
Salary: ₱19,000 – ₱20,000 per month
Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related course
Knowledgeable in Windows troubleshooting, software installation, basic networking, and remote support
Able to assist clients through phone, chat, and remote access, and provide on-site support when needed
Willing to learn and support PETC operations and other company projects and systems
Able to document issues, monitor their status, and escalate concerns when needed
Patient, organized, and able to explain technical steps clearly to clients
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including early morning shifts
Holds a valid driver's license and knows how to drive for field assignments (advantage)
Experience in client support, PETC or PMVIC systems, or other software projects (advantage)
