Technical Support Team Leader

We are looking for a results-driven Technical Team Leader to head our development efforts at our Giza, Egypt office. You will be the crucial link between strategy and execution, ensuring high-quality delivery for our enterprise clients.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the technical development team.
  
• Drive and oversee the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  
• Perform advanced technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  
• Ensure timely project delivery through effective Project Management.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical solutions with business goals.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical role, with 2+ years in a formal Team Leadership position.
  
• Proven background in Software Development processes.
  
• Exceptional Troubleshooting and strong Project Management expertise.
  
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  
• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Giza.
  
• Experience in the Telecommunications or B2B SaaS industry is a strong plus.
