Technical Support & Technical Flying Doctor - Automotive

OMODA Motors is seeking a Technical Support & Flying Doctor Specialist to bridge the head office and dealer network, resolving complex vehicle issues and performing hands-on on-site interventions.

You will coach dealer technicians, conduct quality inspections, and support new product launches while traveling domestically as needed. Fluent English is mandatory, with HV/EV system expertise emphasized.

Manage, analyze, and resolve dealer technical tickets via the ticketing system. Provide expert guidance on diagnostics, troubleshooting protocols, and repair procedures. Perform field visits to dealerships to troubleshoot on-site and resolve urgent issues. Coach dealer technicians during complex repairs and on-site interventions. Conduct quality inspections and support new product launches. Degree or Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering. Strong automotive mechanics, electronics, and diagnostics. HV/EV system knowledge and battery tech. PES/PAV safety certification desirable. Fluent English required. Willingness to travel domestically.
