Technical Support Technician (Sport Graphics / Global Travel)

Salary: £32,000 - 42,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience as an IT Support Technician, Technical Support Technician, or in a similar role
• Willingness to travel and stay away regularly in the UK and internationally
• Able to commute to Worcester

Responsibilities:

• Travel to sports events globally, roughly 20 weeks per year
• Support golf and basketball projects and live events
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support live-event equipment
• Carry out basic maintenance and fault-finding
• Work within the project team, often serving as the main technical contact on site

Established in the 1990s, we have grown to more than 30 employees and are looking to expand our team and diversify into new sectors. Based in Worcester, this varied role supports live TV operations using bespoke sports graphics systems and includes industry training, regular international travel to events (around 20–25 weeks per year), and progression opportunities. The salary is £32,000–£42,000, plus three annual bonuses (Christmas, EOT and profit share) and company benefits. Occasional later nights are required and receive additional pay; the salary offered depends on experience, qualifications and skills.
