About the role
This role involves training and demonstrating the use of DEMO equipment such as DJI and other devices distributed by the company, providing customer support, and maintaining technical expertise in geospatial data collection and processing technologies.
Key responsibilities
Train and demonstrate the use of DEMO equipment including DJI and other company-distributed devices
Provide customer support, answer questions, and troubleshoot equipment issues
Test, maintain, service, and troubleshoot equipment
Study and regularly update knowledge of equipment and new technologies
Study theoretical principles, data collection methods, and processing principles to ensure high-quality data output
Conduct field work as assigned
Perform other related tasks as assigned
About you
Understanding and expertise in GNSS receiver operation
RTK knowledge: understand GCP data collection and drone connection for coordinate correction
PPK capability: able to use Rinex data for Post-Processing to perform coordinate correction
Static capability: able to process Rinex data to produce coordinate markers
LiDAR and Photogrammetry understanding: comprehend theoretical principles, data collection methods, and processing principles to ensure optimal data quality
